MND-PL34 Seated Leg Curl:Easy entry allows user to align knee joint with pivot for proper exercise .The seated leg curl to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated leg curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.
Our Seated Leg Curl is the perfect machine to effectively isolate the hamstrings while minimising involvement of the glutes.
The Side Drive system allows for easy entry/exit of the machine and the Thigh Pad locks you securely in place so you can focus totally on isolating the Hamstrings.
Complete adjustability allows to adjust not only for Thigh and Lower Leg length but also for Start position.
1. Adjustments: The ankle roller pads adjust quickly and easily to match any user’s leg length.
2. Handle: The handle is made of PP soft rubber, which makes the athlete more comfortable.
3. Adapt to human structure: The cushion with moderate soft and hard can better adapt to the structure of the human body, so that people have the greatest comfort during exercise.
