MND-PL17 Iso-Lateral Front Lat Pull down is a great machine to target overall back muscles effectively, especially the latissimus dorsi and the middle of the back muscles. This is a compound exercise where you can work on the middle and lower trapezius, major and minor rhomboids, latissimus dorsi, teres major, posterior deltoid, infraspinatus, teres minor, sternal (lower) pectoralis major muscles.
This machine offers double Iso-lateral training with the pivots angled in two different planes.
ISO Lateral motion allows equal strength development and muscle stimulation.
Starting position is at the higher position in this machine allowing a pre-stretch position for latissimus dorsi before starting the lift.
Foam roller pads lock the user in place while performing the exercise.
