MND-FS25 Abductor/Adductor is a dual function equipment.Mainly exercise the inner and outer thigh muscles.
The adductor machine:This trains the muscles inside of the thighs, known as the adductor muscles including: the longus magnus and brevis.
The abductor machine:This trains the muscles for turning the thigh outwards, including the Sartorius, gluteus medius and tensor fascia latae.
1. Counterweight:The weight of the counterweight can be selected and adjusted, increasing by 5kg, and you can flexibly choose the weight you want to exercise
2. Dual workout position: 2 different settings to work the abductor and adductor muscles.
